The Villa has an upscale decor and can accommodate up to 12 beds with 3 indoor baths and 3 outdoor baths, man, woman and disabled, other beds can be found in the nearby center of Foiano della Chiana, only 800 meters away from the Villa which has many hotels or guest houses.

The property features an outdoor swimming pool with Roman steps, large bathtub and outdoor whirlpools SPA Finnish Sauna.

For the reception in his wide green lawn near the pool can accommodate tables and chairs for more than 1000 seats, also you can use the large tension structure located near the pool, paved, well lit and with sliding doors on the sides can accommodate over 250 people to sit.
