Villa Overhills is a late nineteenth-century Villa, built by Mr Frederick Belcher, a Manager of Shell-Oils resident Malta, it was eventually enlarged by the eminent Maltese ophthalmologist Mr Francis Damato. The present owners restored the villa with its gardens to its former glory.
Villa Overhills is a spacious and impressive wedding reception venue, with beautifully kept gardens with mature trees and suggestive pathways.
Adjacent the large pool, there is a Greco-Roman style gazebo with columnades and with the inscription on it "Amor Vincit Omnia" or "Love Conquers All", our motto for all the weddings that take place in our venues.
