She has spent more than ten years working in hospitality at all levels, including organising huge corporate events, and loves to have a good chat. Both Fraser and Chantelle are the consumate hosts and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to looking after their guests. Their passion for travel, people and culture has taken them all over the world having lived in the UK, France, New Zealand and most recently Australia. Having enjoyed many wonderful boutique hotels throughout the world, their experience has taught them that quality service requires commitment and passion - qualities they have in abundance. Originally Quinta Bonita was a private retreat for family and friends to indulge their love of good food, good wine and good company.
