  THE LEGEND 

  The old-school favorite for almost half a century was a go-to for the '70s and 80's holidaymakers among who were celebs, artists, and writers seeking authentic character, cubist simplicity, and unbeatable sunset views. After hours, the bar turned into a discotheque, holding parties one would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else on the island.

  THE PRESENT 

  With time, neon-lit dance-till-dawn clubbing nights gave their place to a sophisticated, lounge cocktail bar, yet the name of a place is as important as its history. Today, Ios Club, having preserved the old, legendary name infused with a state-of-the-art philosophy, allows for guests to alternate between the essence of sunset vibes and those of an upbeat night bar with ease.

  THE MUSIC

  Following a 50-year-old tradition as the first to introduce classical soundtracks at sunset, we are devoted to sustaining the identity that established Ios Club in the Cyclades. Dive into a relaxed, meditative state or indulge in smooth little chats to the works of classical masters. Observe the changes of light through an incredible palette of pinks and oranges rising from the deep azure of the Aegean skies. After dark, the laid-back beats of lush Balearic instrumentations ease you into the tempo of magical summer nights that reflect the island's eclectic spirit.

  THE TASTE 

  The finest Greek flavors and aromas are the heart of our philosophy and the ambassadors of our hospitality. At Ios Club, you will find a thriving, bespoke take on cocktails and aperitivo, based on carefully chosen herbs, like basil, lavender, thyme, spearmint, and bergamot. Our food menu offers Mediterranean cuisine with a Greek twist; main and side dishes, salads, and handmade flatbreads are all designed to accompany a selection of great wines, while the freshest local ingredients and botanical essences will set you off on the most unforgettable culinary journey.

THE PEOPLE 

In 2012, a designer/musician, an engineer and an architect joined forces to breathe second life to this historical place. Their vision was to create a part elegant, part decompression zone with a homey feeling, that would pay homage to the legend and introduce its guests to the warmth and taste of Greek hospitality. After two years of planning, dreaming, and creating, they established the perfect place to sip cocktails, celebrate with friends over signature punches, and of course, take in the amazing sunset view. Today, the force of Ios Club is its energetic team of people, with a passion for sharing what they enjoy most: great tastes, great music, and great company. They make it happen with innovative ideas and a fresh, hospitable attitude.
