We started joining the pastry industry in 2015 back when we were located in Asia. Our Pastry Chef Anne Choi has acquired her Culinary Arts Degree in the Philippines and also gained her Konditormeister here in Vienna after moving back here in 2019. She specializes in cakes and all kinds of pastries but recently has taken interest in Asian flavors in which our new Brand is evolving. We have a philosophy of balance — a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors, and of passion and skill.
We are highly motivated to use local produce but also are using imported authentic ingredients for our Asian flavored desserts. All recipes are made from scratch and we are very proud to use only organic products, especially in our VEGAN collection which will be coming soon.
We invest a lot of time and passion into each and every masterpiece for our clients!
