My name is Elena Kushnir, I live and take pictures in Vienna. Every day I have the opportunity to admire the cosy streets and large avenues, spend time in numerous parks and admire the magnificent palaces. I like living here, inspired by the beautiful, and I will be pleased to show you this big and very different city, the capital of Austria!
People are the main characters in my photos. I like it when a photoshoot is not heavy duty and necessity, but the joy of moments once again being with your loved ones and yourself!
I also photograph in the Czech Republic (Prague) and Italy (Venice). It so happened that these cities became very favourite. In the Czech Republic, I lived a few years before moving to Austria, and Venice really makes me dizzy.
It's hard for me to say exactly when my path to photography began, but the first photos that I began to like appeared 5 years ago.
I have a liberal arts education: I graduated from the Department of Screen Arts at the University of St. Petersburg State University of Cinema and Television, speciality: “Television journalism. Specialization: "Directing film and tv." In my free time, I like to create interesting photo projects with my colleagues and attend master classes by photography professionals.
In my work, I use only the advanced professional equipment: Canon 5D Mark III, high-speed lenses Canon L - luxury series and EX creative lenses from Sigma. I take portraits only with “fixes,” since the picture quality is most important to me.
