We are from Australia and were lucky enough to visit Florence in September 2019 and i've always had a dream of eating authentic Italian food in a hidden away side street restaurant with a encasement window opening up on the walkway and bingo we found it but the biggest surprise was the fabulous service and divine Italian food and not to mention the lovely American speaking lady who welcomed us on arrival. Your food and service are summed up in one word Ballissimo! Thank you!
