First for fun and then for passion, he started working as a teenager, in one of the most famous pastry shops in Cuneo, first as an OPERAIO and then as a RESPONSABILE confectioner. He attended many courses in CAST ALIMENTI and then ONE TO ONE with the teacher DANILO FREGUIA.
In 2003, alongside his wife Federica , he opened his first small bakery, ice cream shop and chocolate shop in Carmagnola. After 7 years decides to grow and to blow up all his knowledge in a beautiful room in the heart of the city center, Molineris was born : cafeteria, pastry shop, chocolate shop, ice cream parlor and catering.
